Mazgaon is one of Mumbai's seven islands. Reachable from Byculla Station on the Central Railway line and Dockyard Road Station on the Harbour Railway line, it is situated in South Mumbai. Maritime firms such as Mazagaon Dock Ltd. and Bombay Port Trust, the Mazagaon Court, and Anglo-Indian educational institutions including St. Peters School, St. Mary's School, and Rosary High School are all situated in Mazgaon. It is one of the south Mumbai neighborhood's residential areas. It is located beside the shore. Due to its great accessibility to other parts of Mumbai and its proximity to employment hubs, this region is in high demand for residential real estate. Both single-family homes and multi-story apartments can be found in this neighborhood.
